Interior Live Oak
is an evergreen oak native to most of California. It grows mountain slopes and foothills as well as coastal valleys not bordering the sea. The crowns of mature trees are very broad, and the trees reach 30 feet in height with broad trunks. The leaves are flat, bright green and shiny above; they are not lobed but may be toothed.
These trees are grown from acorns collected in Redding, California. They are two years old.
